    Open each role with unit type, bed count, and patients per shift. That one line tells a nurse manager how your experience maps to their floor before anything else.

    Keep duties inside your license
     
    Choose bullets that match RN, LPN, or CNA scope. Overstated duties get caught in interviews and reference checks, and they cost you more than a shorter, accurate list.

Name it. Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and PointClickCare appear in nursing postings and get scanned by applicant tracking systems. Listing the exact system signals a shorter orientation, which matters to a manager filling a slot. Mention the modules you used, such as flowsheets or barcode medication administration.
 
 How many bullets should each nursing job have?
